Job Context
We are looking for smart and energetic Front Desk Executive - Customer Care

Job Responsibility
1. Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction;
2. Respond to customer inquiries
3. Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same
4. Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems
5. Provide general information
6. Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization

Experience Requirement
- 1 to 2 years

experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Manpower Recruitment, Overseas Companies, Immigration/Visa Processing, Call Center - Freshers are also encouraged to

Age 18 to 28 years females are allowed to apply Good Command in Excel and Word. Applicant must have work experience & sound working capacity on Online. Have mentality to work in stress & long hours. Good computer knowledge.
